INITIAL PROJECT CONSULTATION - ZONING AND PERMITTING
Not sure what the local jurisdiction’s requirements will be for your project? Start here before getting in too deep. We will perform an in-depth zoning and permitting analysis and provide tailored guidance for your project. This includes a thorough review of relevant city ordinances, analysis of your zoning district and standards relative to your lot size and proposal, and other due diligence. We will provide a written site analysis deliverable along with relevant exhibits and a 30-minute meeting or phone call.
PERMIT EXPEDITOR SERVICE
Let us file your permits. With our knowledge, understanding, and relationships, we make the permit process smooth and easy. Provided the required supporting documentation is ready, we strive to file immediately after getting the green light from the client, reducing permit cycle times. ZONING PETITIONS - VARIANCES AND REZONINGS
We can file your zoning petition. For the uninitiated, filing a zoning petition can be daunting. Working closely with your development team, we will handle all aspects of a zoning filing. This includes submitting the application, providing notices, drafting findings of fact, meeting with neighborhood groups and stakeholders, working with city staff, and presenting at the public hearing.
